This is really practical. Next morning after the course, I woke up with a loud noise. It was probably the person upstairs made a noise for getting ready to go out. But my heart pounded and I was nervous because of that noise. I remembered the breathing technique you taught in the class and did it. I could calm down my heart and mind! I will try other techniques when I am stressed out. lol

I like the logical part of this course. Sometimes I get mixed up by too many thoughts in my mind. The exercise led me to organize them and see the future vision. I like the other techniques too. There are too many things to do in our daily life, but this course is very useful to control my state.
